I meant thunderbird 60.0~b6-1, *gnupg* 2.2.8-1, and enigmail 2:2.0.7-2, sorry for the confusion. GnuPG is the only package among these three for which a new upstream version was packaged since I last observed the crash, so I don't exclude it was involved. Perhaps the problem was with the interaction between enigmail and gnupg? We will probably never know. Anyway, good that the problem is gone! Paride
