I updated the copyright file (which seems to be the biggest blocker) in my [merge request] on salsa. It is based on the current 11.1 release and is building for me with pbuilder, but I haven't tested building reverse dependencies. Also I have temporarily disabled the -doc package, as I couldn't figure out where to get the -doc and -demos tarballs and use them during build.
