After upgrading maildir-utils from 1.0-5 to 1.0-6, some 'mu' commands stopped working with the following error message: mu: symbol lookup error: mu: undefined symbol: _ZN6Xapian4MSetaSEOS0_ Since I suspected this was some kind of mu/xapian version mismatch error, I upgraded libxapian30 from 1.4.5-1 to 1.4.7-2, which fixed the issue.
