Your bug report contains multiple issues.

This seems to be network related. Please try with the new version.

Timeout is not the same as "connection closed during handshake" in the
bug report. So I'm not sure.

This I can reproduce and I need to investigate.
Please let me know if some of your issues are fixed with the new version.
