Hello from the Montreal BSP! I tested the latest release of the upstream version (0.2.36) and it worked fine for me on the latest Thunderbird in testing.
I migrated the nostalgy VCS from the Alioth archive to Salsa and updated it to the latest release: https://salsa.debian.org/webext-team/nostalgy After testing it, everything seems to work for me.
