Okay.

The package will reach the next stable debian release if it has migrated
to testing and if it has no release critical bugs. The package will
reach testing if it has been free of release critical bugs in unstable
for ten days and all dependencies are available in testing. Since
AqBanking has no release critical bugs at the time the chances are quite
good that we will have a newer AqBanking in the next stable release.

The Bugtracker tracks the package's version when opening and closing a
bug. So, if we close the bugs in a newer package version the bugtracker
will still know that there is a bug whithin the older version.

Hence I think it's okay to close the bug as soon as the newer version
has been accepted in unstable.

Yours
  Micha
