Source: python-xarray
Version: 0.11.3-1
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,
as discussed in [1,2] it seems that some change in rasterio introduces
some breakage in packages depending on it.
IN particular I'm interested in the satpy package that started failing
tests at the end of January [3].

The issue can be fixed by applying the patch attached to [1] to xarray.
Please note that the patch has been already applied upstream.

It would be nice if you could consider applying the patch to the xarray
debian package before the final freeze.
