Hi Christophe, eap-sim is not enabled right now because I had the feeling that it wasn't that useful/popular on Debian boxes (the only EAP-SIM application I know is FreeWifi authentication in France, which usually happens on phones not running Debian). In any case, I'm not against that, but it'll have to wait for Buster+1.
