Dear Maintainer,
python3-rpy2 should probably include a dependency on tzlocal or import
tzlocal should not be top level import.
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/rpy2/robjects/pandas2ri.py directly
imports tzlocal
It looks like the following might also work.
