Hello Damon Anton Permezel, this USB disk, has it a gpt or msdos partition table?
Also, maybe if it is possible, you could install the package systemd-coredump. Then some more information about a crash would be collected in the journal, and a the process state would be saved into /var/lib/systemd/coredump/. Without that, I guess, there is not much the maintainer can do about this issue, if it could not be reproduced by them. Kind regards, Bernhard
