We'll actually do this the other way around, since loggerhead upstream has 
moved to Breezy.

I'm planning to do an upload of loggerhead in the next couple of days that 
switches it to be Python3 and based on Breezy.

Loggerhead-breezy will then become a dummy transitional package that upgrades 
to loggerhead.
