To work around this issue, I downloaded trilinos-doc_12.12.1-8_all.deb
fron snapshot.d.o [1] and uploaded it to unstable.
I received the following email, so hopefully everything is on track for
it to be accepted into the archive again.
binary:trilinos-doc is NEW.
Your package has been put into the NEW queue, which requires manual action
from the ftpteam to process. The upload was otherwise valid (it had a good
OpenPGP signature and file hashes are valid), so please be patient.
