The Python 2 removal checklist currently says that on uploading a package as Python 3 only, one should reassign the removal bug to ftp.debian.org for removal of the old binary, not close it:

The python-theano binary was automatically decrufted. No rm bug needed.

As this bug looks like the reason for needing a manual step, and has been fixed since the checklist was written, should we remove that step?
