Please.  Arch any binaries are fully removed automatically.  Arch all binaries 
are now in the cruft report and removed by FTP Team members.  In neither case 
is a bug needed.  

A bug would only be helpful if you discover a package didn't make it on to the 
cruft report (this should be unusual).  It's only regenerated once per day, so 
you have to wait before you know it's missing.
