I have 0.12.14 on my home amd64 machine installed and I have the same
problem here. Good thing is that one can check with dmesg if there is
hardware problem with the CD/DVD after the burning. On the other hand
people may be confused reading this error message and probably throw the
CD/DVD away :-(
