Indeed.  Older nanos did not include the yesno menu in "all".
And apparently I haven't tested the alternative key bindings
since that was changed.  Thanks for reporting!

For ^C, yes, I will make the suggested change.  But pasting is valid also
at most prompts, so I want to keep the "bind ^V paste all".

But that is a default bind, so there is no need to make it.  Or do you
wish to have it listed for documentation purpose, so that the user knows
from reading that list which important keystrokes are available in that
alternative set?
