Package: python-apt Version: 1.9.6 Severity: wishlist Dear APT Maintainers,
Apt.Cache.upgrade(dist_upgrade=False) currently has two modes, one allowing only upgrades, one installing new packages and also allowing removals. I'd like to use this function in unattended-upgrades allowing installation of new dependencies, but not allowing removals. Please consider supporting this upgrade method, too.
