Bug#296499: kdebase-kio-plugins: sftp:// should use ssh-agent if possible

I thought that switching off konqueror --preload in KDE control panel helps.
I was wrong! There is still a problem, even when whole session is restarted.
But one strange (?) thing I see is that kio_sftp is not a "child" of 
konqueror...

As I see from /etc/X11/Xsession.d/ ssh-agent is started AFTER session manager.
So it so, that session-manager's apps do not inherit environment?
But ALT-F2 'printenv>/tmp/environment' given a good answer.
I'm a bit confused...
I'm looking forward to ideas, which can help to solve the riddle ;-).
