https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1141354 I guess it's best to wait for a newer release of chromium (>87) then, if you plan to use the intel drivers on some systems. Otherwise you could work-around by using the --disable-gpu flag (at the cost of hw accel, though)
