Hope this can be resolved easily.The autopkgtest failures indicate that ignition-msgs' and ignition-transport's dependencies on libprotobuf-dev (>= X.Y), (< X.{Y+1}) is not enough. It will need to be (>= X.Y.Z), (< X.Y.{Z+1}) instead.
I guess an other option would be to depend on the new API definition: Package: libprotobuf-dev Provides: protobuf-api-23-0 @László: would you agree? (We discussed this in #963247 before). Cheers Jochen
