Define “every file”. If you load scores made by others, you will
_of course_ get the paper size they set, because scores are laid
out on paper.

For new files you create, of course I agree.

I’m trying to make upstream see reason, but I think all we’ll get
is a dialogue the first time MuseScore is run, asking for the default.
If that works, it’ll not be /etc/papersize but at least take off
the pain… I hope.
