Generally it is desired but there are some users who don't
want to embed japanese fonts because they want small PDF.
So I think it is not bad to use dvipdfmx/kanjix.map
but it is much better if there are different settings
for dvipdfmx and pxdvi.

config.xdvi is contained in xdvik-ja then it looks to me
the above procedure can be done in postinst (or something).
But I might be wrong.

If the above is difficult, it will be sufficient to explain
kanji-config-updmap in README.Debian but a notification
(with debconf?) will be helpful.

I use LuaTeX for several (or more) years so the last time
I used xdvik-ja might be VFlib version, I guess.
