Bug#995891: RFS: zycore-c/1.0.0-1 - libzycore1 rename

After some feedback from upstream in 
https://github.com/zyantific/zycore-c/pull/31#pullrequestreview-774974303 
I had to rename the library package from libzycore1 to libzycore1.0, 
since ABI compatibility is only guaranteed between patch (security) 
releases.
