Unfortunately the bug occures also with teTeX 3.0. I observed no change.

I observed another issue: The PGF drawings I used with the former
teTeX version do not fit any more. I had to change all coordinates.
I should report this as new bug because it is not related, but I
did not yet found the time for this. Moreover it might be a bug
of the old version which was fixed now and I had to adjust my
coordinates to the fixed version. - just wanted to share this
observation at any place.
