That's an odd one…
I can reproduce the timeout issue, see vi started with files that aren't
written on disk, and the test suite bail out after 10 minutes, but only
in my usual unstable-amd64-devel chroot (entered via schroot).
I couldn't confirm with a direct debootstrap + chroot + build-dep +
build sequence; I couldn't confirm with either cowbuilder or sbuild,
starting from fresh, clean unstable build environments.
In some cases, I'm running into:
--- FAIL: TestMultiSelectPrompt (0.00s)
…
--- FAIL: TestMultiSelectPrompt/delete_filter_word_in_rune (0.01s)
but I'm not seeing the timeout issues there.
I'll keep working on this.
