It's phrased as question, not as you say. And I can certainly change the wording but then it's no longer an "action item" and I find it hard to keep the entry in its current place. Thus I prefer to restrict the cases where we show it, rather than entirely changing the wording. For your request, maybe we should add some NEW flag near the VCS entry in the left panel, just informing that there are changes in the VCS and not asking any specific action.
