Hi,

I received a user report that they cannot use Apper to install deb packages on
Debian Unstable. I reproduced this issue in the following way:

* Right-click on a deb package (in any file manager app of your choice), and
select "Apper Installer" to open it.
* Nothing happens.

In system journal, the following error occurs:

=================================
2月 23 01:40:46 hosiet-vm-home dbus-daemon[2238]: [session uid=1000 pid=2238]
Activating service name='org.freedesktop.PackageKit' requested by ':1.108'
(uid=1000 pid=5894 comm="apper /dev/shm/flameshot_11.0.0-2_amd64.deb ")
2月 23 01:40:46 hosiet-vm-home dbus-daemon[5901]: writing oom_score_adj error:
Permission denied
2月 23 01:40:46 hosiet-vm-home dbus-daemon[2238]: [session uid=1000 pid=2238]
Activated service 'org.freedesktop.PackageKit' failed: Failed to execute
program org.freedesktop.PackageKit: No such file or directory
================================

The same error will also take place when I manually execute "apper
/path/to/name.deb". This functionality seems to be provided by
/usr/share/applications/org.kde.apper_installer.desktop .

I have no idea why service org.freedesktop.PackageKit is looking for
nonexistant executable "org.freedesktop.PackageKit". Contents of
/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.PackageKit.service already
points to the correct executable. My Debian Sid environment already has
PackageKit installed.

Could you please take a look into it?
