Yes, I am aware of the fact. Have you considered the possibility that
someone can speak both Czech and Hungarian, but is not very good in
English? And at the time being her locale is cs_CZ.UTF-8, so while
installing the package the questions appear in English instead of Czech?
The hungarian translation is provided. It should be a wishlist bug
against debconf (or the whole locales system) to let the users specify
alternate favorite languages.
IMO, the inabilty of this is not enough reason to add useless translations.
And, btw, users unable to answer these questions in english, still
have the choice to change the locale, and continue installation.
