After ceph support was disabled on ppc64 and x32 as requested in #1012165
and #1020781, there is still a dependency on librados-dev left in debian/
control for ppc64 and x32.

Just-uploaded 2:4.16.6+dfsg-2 has this in d/control:

There's no x32 or ppc64.
Or do you mean ppc64el should be removed *too*?
I know nothing about variants of powerpc. And I don't see buildds in Debian
doing builds for ppc64el. At least it is not shown on usual build status
pages. What exactly is failing for you?
