You do not have any indication on the package that it should be under the Python Team umbrella. If you want that, please make it clear by using the repo https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-fints and referencing it in the Vcs fields. Also be sure to make the Python Team the Maintainer or one of the Uploaders. It is also fine to maintain the package on your own but please remove it from the team's RFS queue then. Aside from that: Please use python-fints as the source package's name (without "3").
