The filesystems of the VMs created by `debvm-create` are all named "debvm".
Would it be possible to use `$VMNAME` also for the filesystem label?
This is more tricky that it looks. debvm-run uses the label "debvm" to
locate the root filesystem.
I only looked at `debvm-create` and ignored `debvm-run`. It makes sense
for "debvm" to act as a well-known entrypoint that allows `debvm-run` to
quickly check if the image comes from `debvm-create`.
I also do not quite see how debvm-run would communicate the location
of the rootfs to the kernel unless using the label.
Perhaps by reading the label of the passed image via `e2label`?
Anyway, feel free to close this bug report: I believe it is not worth
spending your time over this issue.
