When trying to install libgrpc29 (rebuilt on bullseye for
fasttrack.debian.net), it has some conflicts with libgrpc22.

I think a good idea would be to move /usr/share/grpc/roots.pem to
grpc-common package and libgrpc* depend on it. This will avoid
conflicts on updates.
