Sorry about the delay in replying: my phone has been down at home for two weeks now, and I'm waiting for the telco to fix it so I can get back to Debian/iso-codes stuff.

What I meant to ask is how do you expect to use this data from a program / API
point of view (ie pseudocode, etc.)
