Dear ftpmasters, please remove pvm. It is orphaned in Debian, effectively has seen no real maintenance since 2016. Upstream also has done nothing since 2016, and at least I can't find the upstream sources anymore. It also hinders the removal of netkit-rsh, #1041864. Thanks, Chris
