As the maintainer of Debian's poppler source package, I would like to drop poppler's Qt6 packages on i386. This would allow Debian's and Ubuntu's poppler packaging to be in sync. Ubuntu has dropped i386 support except for enablement of games and similar legacy apps but none of those apps need Qt6. Based on debian-devel discussion in June, I expect Debian to eventually take a similar approach to i386. texworks is the only package that uses poppler's Qt6 in Debian. Please let me know if it's ok with you if texworks is no longer built for i386 in Debian. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
