Package: libtrash
Version: 2.4-1
Severity: normal
Hi there!
w3m is using libgc, and hangs in a call to futex(2) when libtrash is
LD_PRELOADed.
strace output:
futex(0xa7ec6058, FUTEX_WAKE, 2147483647) = 0
futex(0xa7eb6e4c, FUTEX_WAIT, 2, NULL
ltrace output:
GC_init(0, 0, 0xaf9b3ad1, 0xa7ccc72e, 0xa7d9aff4
This happens since the upgrade to libgc1c2 6.7-1 of 2006-05-28.
To reproduce, just starting w3m in an libtrash environment should be
enough.
NB: I'm not sure libtrash is the culprit here, but it works without
libtrash preloaded.
Regards,
