The NMU changelog for version 1.20.0-1.1 wasn't copied in 1.26.1-1, and a "Closes: 10071558" is missing in the current changelog too. The bts infers that the current version in unstable is affected by this bug and hence doesn't archive the bug. Let's fix that with this message.
