In Europe/Germany banks think they have to verify the name of the receiver of a transaction (VOP - Verification of Payee). Since two days, the banks enforce this, and transactions fail with the current version. It’s supposed to be fixed in 6.6.4 [1].

It’d be great, if this could be uploaded to Debian.

If I read the upstream commit message correctly, the code isn't ready for production yet.

I only referenced the first commit. There were more commits, and Martin Preuss reported success on the users list.

Does that mean Martin considers VOP fixed in version 6.6.4 already?

If so, could you please test with libaqbanking 6.6.4-1 I just uploaded to unstable?

Best regards,
Micha
