Say better: the link destination does no exist any more. I even wrote in the changelog:
texlive-base (2025.20250727-1) experimental; urgency=medium
* New upstream snapshot, refresh / disable patches.
- I had to disable patch for texmfcnf.lua, file is gone.
So, I guess the file is not needed anymore and I just have to package
new ConTeXt + luametatex. Will try that first.
