Bug#1117929: dia lose focus upon opening the application when gnome wm focus setting is 'smart'

Hi Philippe
The behaviour is exactly as you described. Dia gets the focus but opens 
behind the current window. My gnome-shell version is 48.5-3 and my env 
is Wayland.
