Dear maintainer:
During a rebuild of all packages in unstable, this package failed to build.

This would presumably be fixed by upgrading to new upstream releases
which use Rust rather than Cython. Jelmer, is this reasonably safe,
or does it need transitional work in breezy/qbrz? Do you need
somebody else to do the packaging work?
It should be safe (the API is meant to be compatible). If somebody else
has cycles to do the packaging work, that would be great. Otherwise,
I can try to find time in the next weeks.
