Hello, I would like to confirm that I’m experiencing the same issues on Debian 13 LTS (Trixie) with GNOME 48. The current version of yaru-theme-gnome-shell in the Debian repositories appears to be incompatible with the updated GNOME Shell and libadwaita changes.
Visual inconsistencies appear in multiple places, including the top panel, window button layout, and some Control Center (Settings) sections. Updating the package to Yaru 25.04.1 or a more recent upstream version should resolve the incompatibility. When manually testing newer upstream builds, these issues do not appear.
