Running

results in:
Insecure $ENV{PATH} while running with -T switch at
/usr/share/perl5/Debian/AdduserLogging.pm line 161.
and that the program exists with error code 25
Presumably this happens because log_trace(..) calls are made well
before $ENV{PATH} is set in the main script.
