Some severity of the bugs can be lowered if we are going to keep python3-py for a long long time, if you wish https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1118777 Please keep the bugs against python-multipart and dumb-init as "Important" as these two dependencies are 100% spurious and only making it more complicated to untangle the dependency network.
