The quantlib-swig package has a long and storied history in Debian. As a
(large)
single-file source generated via swig for quantlib with its heavily templated
C++,
it stresses build systems considerably and I have (as its maintainer) long had
special per-arch switches in debian/rules.

Of late it started to fail under armhf. I tried to accommodate with the usual
'no optmisation, no debug' flags but not luck: still runs out resources. Per
previous discussion with Paul (CC'ed) the best step forward appears to remove
the failing architecture.

Thanks as always,  Dirk
