If Emilio does not suggest anything else and we use this newer rust
which is missing on armel and mips* then I would suggest to remove it
rather then keeping something outdated. For the reverse dependencies we
would need source-full uploads and I can provide them if we agree doing
it (rather then keeping the outdated binaries as long as there no need
to upload some if the reverse dependencies).
I suppose you want to disable the clamav usage in the reverse-dependencies? That
sounds fine, but we need to do that ASAP if we want to get them in time for this
point release.
