Dear Maintainer,
As explained on "#1114784 please move away from deprecated CDBS build system",
the deprecated CDBS build system is being sunset, step by step,
the leaf modules are being removed first.
There are now only 2 users of autoreconf.mk left and libexttextcat
has been fixed in git.
So please drop the usage of this old, unmaintained, build tool.
Vendoring autoreconf.mk inside vde2's debian/ directory
will gain us a bit more time but please keep in mind
that CDBS won't be included in Forky.
