Hi!

Thanks, this is very good additional info that the old instance had
the mysql.user view as utf8mb4_general_ci and that backups/restoring
now works when the mysql.user view is recreated with
utf8mb4_uca1400_ai_ci. We should aim to automate this in the
mariadb-upgrade script.
