Source: libreoffice Version: 4:26.2.1-1 Debian's language task handling is incomplete and has inconsistencies. I have recently been working on improving this.
Most Debian "desktop" tasks available in the recommended net installer install LibreOffice. I think it might only be Phosh that does not. Since Phosh is designed to be a phone interface with both a small screen and probably small disk storage, it makes sense for LibreOffice to not be included there. Several existing language desktop tasks install the corresponding LibreOffice translations. For instance, task-french installs libreoffice-l10-fr. This is bad for Phosh because it would pull in both libreoffice-common and libreoffice-core which total more than 200 MB without considering other dependencies. Is it possible to remove libreoffice-common and libreoffice-core from the Depends and Recommends of the libreoffice-l10n-* packages? Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
