I've localized the bug up to Firefox. Driver crashes completely gone after I've done:
1) Go to Settings in Firefox. 2) Uncheck both "Use hardware acceleration when available" and "Use recommended performance settings" That helps to avoid the problem. At least I have uptime about 2 weeks, while before it crashed maximum at 3-4 day. Uwe, thank you for assistance. Information you've asked provided in attachements.
